## Astrological Services Disclaimer and Terms of Service

**Please read this document carefully before using my astrological services.**

**1. Introduction**

I am an astrologer and I provide astrological services to clients. My services include consultations, readings, and predictions based on the client's birth chart and other astrological factors. I recommend you to take consultation every three months, as i am on lifetime process of learning astrology and i try to keep updating myself with more of astrological knowledge, while giving consultation i only take transits at the time of consultation, which might change later, my own consultation can vary in accordance of my knowledge and way of reading birthcharts.

**2. Disclaimer:**

* **Astrology is a matter of personal belief and the accuracy of my readings and predictions cannot be guaranteed.** My work is based on my knowledge and experience, and my interpretations may differ from those of other astrologers. My readings and predictions should not be taken as a substitute for professional advice, such as medical, legal, or financial advice. 
* **I do not guarantee any specific outcomes or remedies based on my readings or predictions.** My purpose is to offer insights and guidance, and ultimately, the choices and actions you take are your own responsibility.

**3. Services and Fees:**

* I offer consultations of up to 30 minutes only. During the consultation, I will discuss the client's birth chart and answer any questions they may have. Clients are entitled to clear any doubts within 24 hours of the consultation, after that another paid consultation can be booked.
* My fees for consultations are fixed and are non-refundable.

**4. Client Conduct:**

* I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. I will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior.
* You agree to maintain complete secrecy of these consultation reports and not to divulge this information to anyone.

**5. Confidentiality:**

* I will keep all information about my clients confidential. I will not share any client information with anyone else without the client's consent.

**6. Limitation of Liability:**

* I am not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the use of my services or doing any remedies. You agree to use my services or perform remedies at your own risk.

**7. Termination:**

* I have the right to terminate my services to any client at any time for any reason.

**8. Governing Law:**

* This disclaimer and the terms of service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

**9. Agreement:**

* By using my services that is taking any astrological help, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer.

**10. Appointment and booking:**

* I always have a busy schedule which is why you might need to book consultation in advance and you could end up on few days of wait.

* In case you need astrological help again, You would have to book another paid consultation after 24 hours of first consultation.
* The astrological services provided are based upon my knowledge of astrology and the accuracy of birth details provided by you.
* You are solely responsible for understanding the information provided, and I am not responsible for any misinterpretations or misunderstandings.
